Formerly Saudi Specialized Products Company (SSPC), I was responsible in the strategic maneuvering of the company’s plans and directions to become a leading entity in the local manufacturing for the defense, aerospace, and oil & gas industries. A leadership role reporting to the Chairman & Board of Directors, I managed Wahaj's operations of two (2) plants: Tool Manufacturing Facility (TMF) Riyadh and Ethylene Vinyl Acetate Film (EVAF) Hail that exhibited and attained their set objectives & key performance indicators that were in line with the Company’s set policies and goals. Major achievements include: - Attainment of four (4) ISO certifications including AS 9100 for Aerospace in the first implementation year of the integrated management system. - Strategic transformation in the business direction of TMF Plant by focusing in the special industries for the military and defense. - Successfully delivered ground equipment orders of BAE Systems UK, a pioneering achievement as Wahaj is the first in the Kingdom to accomplish this in support of the localization program under the Vision 2030. - Instrumental in securing teaming agreements and MOUs with international companies such as Lockheed Martin, Portsmouth Aviation & Antonov and local companies such as AEC.

I am proud to have been part of an incredible journey where we developed and executed over SR 16 billion worth of investment projects, including wind and solar initiatives, totaling 34 GW of renewable energy. Our efforts also resulted in a robust pipeline valued at over SR 20 billion. As I conclude this chapter, I am excited to explore new challenges and opportunities that align with my passion for sustainable development and innovation. Leadership role reporting into the General Manager of Obeikan-Elopak which is a joint venture between Elopak one of the leading packaging companies in world with 780 million Euro revenue and 3000 employee and Obeikan Investment group a largest in Middle East for packaging and education with more than 4000 employee and 1 billion$ sales. Obeikan-Elopak a business of 80M$ sales throughout MENA region with 210 total employee. - Providing strong leadership to all staff, in order to achieve the company vision and maximise shareholder revenue - Developing the company budget, allocating budgets, and effectively controlling costs and working capital to meet agreed targets - Eradicating operational constraints, monitoring the effectiveness of policies and procedures, and making recommendations on potential improvements - Overseeing the production and maintenance department, the logistics and shipping department, the quality control department and the technical department, as well as directing the safety and IMS teams - Actively participating in Board meetings Key achievements - Delivering a significant increase of 16% in plant capacity, whilst reducing waste by 1.77% to deliver annual savings of SR2.5million - Optimising inventory management to achieve an SR3million increase in available cash, and adding a further SR12million by improving delivery lead times by 20 days - Developing and implementing a new operational excellence and safety programme, including implementing ISO22000 - Gaining recommendations from the CEO to contribute as a key member of the Design Team for competency framework development and the team responsible for the performance management system development
