Duties/Responsibilities: -Responsible for Network (WAN) Operation. -Responsible for NMS (HP OpenView 5.1, WhatsUp Gold). -Responsible for Network Monitoring (MRTG in Linux and windows). -Maintain and configure client equipments for Point to Point and Point to Multi-point managing Modems (SU) Canopy etc. -Maintain and configure POP equipment for example, Modem (AU), Sector, Router, Cisco PIX, IDS, VPN Box, Frame relay Switch.

Provided post-implementation support and transitioned IT ops team. * Configured, developed and maintained XenApp 7.5 DDC to effectively manage, maintain and optimize all virtual desktop connections. * Configured and maintained Citrix Netscaler to optimize and manage load balance for Conduent’s multi-tenant application servers for withstanding Annual Enrollment related spiked web traffic. * Provide Level II support for incident management. Work with DevOps and DBAs to resolve application server and database server issues. * Participate in bridge calls during SEV 2/3 incidence/issues and work for immediate resolution. Monitoring STBL Logistic team for on time deliveries, Lead STBL Break fix team for technical support, Monitoring STBL RMA team for claim, receive & return. Project planning and deployment with STBL project team as well as client. Installation and configure Dell Server, Storage, Networking and Data Protection Application. VMware vSphere and guest OS implementation on VM.
