Assistant to the Founder & C-level Executives. I manage personal and professional calendars, prioritize correspondence, and arrange travel acommodations. In addition to these core responsibilities, I conduct research for various projects, provide Spanish-English translations, manage office supplies, and offer administrative support. Furthermore, I oversee documentation processes to ensure smooth operations and collaborate on strategy development to improve project management.

Successfully executed a wide variety of tools to drive company improvement. Responsibilities included managing email and calendars, administrative tasks, customer service, database management, conducting online research, prospecting, lead generation, as well as handling basic social media tasks and content writing.

In a dynamic hybrid role, I engaged in organizing and facilitating a variety of events, presentations, and classes. I was able to organize active pauses and create healthy habits within the team. My role included knowledge in nutrition, mindfulness, and workplace yoga to increase employee well-being through diverse activities. These initiatives significantly enhanced employee’s focus, and contributed to improved productivity and their overall physical wellness.

Assisted the Commercial department team by: Performing data entry, filing, order processing, and documentation archiving. Providing guidance and support to clients, addressing inquiries via web, phone, and in-person interactions. Advising potential customers and routing inquiries to the appropriate departments. Achieved weekly and monthly objectives and developed strong skills in data management, client communication, and task prioritization.

In this role, I played a pivotal role by assisting multiple company departments and tending to customer inquiries. My responsibilities relied on customer reception and delivering responses and guidance through in-person, phone, and online channels. I further supported the administrative department by organizing and filing documents and managing different types of procedures.

Study of the Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition. Application of nutritional knowledge and food-related expertise to individuals and/or work environments with the aim of improving overall health.
