I am currently working as a Community Manager at YourDOST, where I focus on building and nurturing a strong, supportive community around mental health and well-being. My role involves fostering engagement, driving impactful initiatives, and creating a safe space for individuals to share and grow. Previously, I gained valuable HR experience as an HR Intern at Tummoc, where I contributed to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities. With a strong academic foundation in Human Resource Development and Management (HRDM) from CMR University, I am passionate about creating meaningful connections and driving positive change within communities.
