Responsibilities : • Managing Quality Assurance Team (2 Engineers and 13 Operators) to perform ; - Incoming quality control, - ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) reporting for new or modified supplier parts. - First setup part laboratory approvals for serial production. - Internal process controls and audits, layout inspections. - Welding and heat treatment approvals for incoming parts - Welding and heat treatment approvals for production parts, - Final Customer Point Of View approvals for finished parts before delivery. - Calibration management for all gauges, equipment and fixtures used in production - Process capability, MSA (Measurement System Analysis) and SPC (Statistical Process Control) studies for customer parts. - PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) file reviews and PSW (Part Submission Warrant) approvals for supplier parts. - PPAP review with customer and PSW Submission. - Internal audits for ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001 - Representing management during external audits for ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001. - Managing customer audits. - Managing Internal & External Customer Complaints system. - Attending FMEA Studies and leading 8D preparation process - Management reporting for monthly plant performance - Management reporting for Management Review Meetings. - Personnel trainings for PPAP, and FMEA process - Managing Quality Documentation (Procedures, Instructions and forms) for Quality Management System. - Error Proofing studies and applications.

Responsibilities : - Managing and controlling suppliers under responsibility (14 local suppliers) for ; - New vehicle project part approvals (PPAP reviews and PSW approvals) - Modified part approvals (PPAP reviews and PSW renewals). - Run at Rate / Capacity Verification studies for PSW approvals, - In case of failure, root cause analysis, 8D studies with suppliers and root cause verifications. - Supplier Quality Metrics follow-up and reviews. - Supplier Manufacturing Site Assessment Reviews including Health and Safety, FIFO, housekeeping, Visual Plant, 5S, etc. - Supplier Q1 certification (Supplier preparation and assessments) - Supplier Trainings for FMEA, PPAP, Six Sigma, 8D, and SPC

Responsibilities : - Coordinating Product Development 6 Sigma Studies (Between 2004-2007) - Weekly Reporting of PD 6 Sigma status to Assistant General Manager. - Monthly Reporting of PD status to General Management. - PD and Ford Otosan White Collar Green Belt trainings - Mentoring and helping to PD Black and Green Belts for their 6 Sigma projects. - Project Management / Program Office Studies for : (Between 1998 – 2004) - V184 Transit Project Management (Partially due to 6 Sigma work load) - H298 Cargo Steel Cab Project (New Vehicle) - Cargo Truck Model Year Projects
