Provide emergency care and private medical transport with direct patient care. Follow all New York State and Suffolk County EMT-B protocols on scene and during hospital transfer. Satisfy and kept up to date with all trainings and certifications necessary. Take patient vital signs including blood glucose level, Glasgow Coma Scale score, respiratory and heart rates, and blood pressure. Treat any immediate life threats, document all treatments, and provide hospital personnel with full and accurate reports. Coordinate and manage multiple resources at scenes to provide all necessary pre-hospital care.

Successfully meet the demands and needs of all customers. Operated and understood engraving machinery and software. Assisted in scheduling of teammates. Assessed and trained teammates when necessary in a friendly and professional matter. Opened and closed store with register calculations and daily store check completed.

Receive, schedule, and assign appointments for members. Provide prompt resolution of member issues or concerns. Select appropriate ambulance, ambulette or livery service based on insurance specifications. Communicate and coordinate with over 260 transportation companies. Manage several simultaneous tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate transportation requests for Centerlight PACE members from all 14 day health center sites. Assist fellow teammates with their tasks, and complete all requests for any absent teammates. Successfully communicate with managers from each site, and ensure accurate information transfer between managers and transport vendors.
