I lead AV operations across one of the largest synagogues in the U.S., supporting everything from live-streamed services to school events and large-scale productions across three campuses. With a hands-on approach and a focus on reliability and collaboration, I’ve built and maintained systems that keep events running smoothly, whether in a sanctuary, classroom, or full-scale venue. Lead technical execution for multi-campus events, including orchestral recordings, religious services, and live-streamed productions. -Design and maintain 24/7 AV and broadcast systems, integrating Dante, NDI, and SDI routing across complex facilities. -Serve as technical lead on high-profile streams and panels with hybrid contributors and remote support platforms -Coordinate signal flow and mixing using X32, Yamaha QL, Allen & Heath GLD, Shure wireless systems, PTZ camera setups, and projection control. -Manage budgeting, vendor coordination, team scheduling, and client-facing production execution.

As the Artist Relations Assistant Manager for Life Is Beautiful in Las Vegas, I supported credential operations by preparing artist pass packets alongside my supervisor. I coordinated with stage and artist managers to ensure all credentials, ticket counts, meal passes, and transportation needs were accurate. I also provided on-site support, including pass delivery, while maintaining a professional and welcoming experience for all artists, managers, and guests.

I worked closely with production teams to set up and run audio, video, lighting, and streaming systems for live events, making sure everything stayed on track and ran smoothly from start to finish. -Set up, tested, and operated FOH and broadcast equipment for events in indoor and outdoor environments. -Worked with LED video walls, DMX lighting rigs, truss structures, and streaming encoders for hybrid setups. -Troubleshot real-time technical issues related to audio dropouts, signal loss, and system sync.

I supported lead engineers and crews with audio, lighting, and stage setups, making sure gear was in place, signal flow was clean, and every event was ready to go on time. -Built stage environments and coordinated technical layouts for multi-cam video and concert events. -Collaborated with technical directors to align signal flow for sync between lighting, audio, and visual effects. -Assisted with load-in/load-out, power distro, and remote contributor setup during hybrid events.

In this position I help build the staging for various events from artist rehearsals to festivals. Using basic tools and power tools, carrying decks, making moving platforms, helping place audio and power cables along venues, setting up flooring, speakers, and lighting.

As an A2, I help with everything from audio, video, and lighting. A normal day would look like loading in cases, assembling and placing all lighting, video and audio equipment, running clean and proper signal flow/power, and testing all equipment and sound boards, ensuring all is running correctly. Lastly, breaking down and loading out.

Every year I work with Another Planet for ticketing distribution of the Outside Lands Festival with various vendors and artist. Using company POS systems to assign proper tickets to the correct employees and signifying different wristband types. Fixing issues/problem solving with ticketing to ensure all workers and artist get the correct passes.

Audio Visual Tech and operator for the YouTube show “Date My Playlist” by MTV Viacom. During my time here I set up the video walls that would be seen during the show. While the show was filming, I was in charge of switching the screens and selecting answers that would show up on the screen along with sound effects for each selection. I was working closely with the program to solve troubleshooting or any unwanted features that would appear in the screen.
