When selling, I learned to confidently explain features and benefits, while remaining firm on price. I made sure to get in contact with the customers after a sale to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns, such as seat adjustments or part replacements. I did this with everything I ever sold as I knew that doing this helps grow a larger happier customer base.

As a Freelance Computer Technician, I learned how to build, modify, and customize computers, including my personal sim rig. My main role was to fix clients' computers and solve hardware problems. Despite having no experience and going through a large learning curve, I maintained high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem-solving.
