Project : Locanda residence and Hotel building Job Duties : Perform detailed technical evaluation/review of the tender document and ensure that any inquiries or clarifications are raised well to the client through the Commercial department. • Divide the project into packages and contact suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain through Request for Quotation-RFQ) and compare price offers for the various materials/items needed for the project. • Conduct comparison studies for suppliers’ and subcontractors’ quotations, develop cost estimation in response to the client’s (BOQ), and calculate direct costs based on client specs requirements. • Perform quantity surveying for projects as the need arises. • Prepare conditions of awarded projects, and hand over relevant documents

Project : Residential and commercial ORA ZED residence / Kattamya creeks compound / Mivida /Marassi / Playa seashell / Sodic East Town Job Duties : 1-Review technical specifications, B.O.Q, drawings, and related documents and locate potential vendors and suppliers. 2-Prepare subcontractors’ and suppliers’ packages and process requests for proposals. Evaluate the submitted quotations technically & financially. 3-Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimum cost quality & to ensure that target prices and the company’s terms & conditions are met. 4-Prepare and issue inquiries, requisitions, and purchase orders according to project schedule. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain globally competitive price, delivery, and contract terms. 5-Compile and maintain project material registry to plan and track equipment and material status. 6- Evaluate and categorized suppliers .

Project : 90 Avenue Job Duties : -Responsible for Quantity Surveying as directed, line manager in provision -Preparing BOQ -Prepare the cost report on regular basis to reflecting the project cost status -Analyze project expenses by trade and compare it to budget -Monitors progress periodically and compare it with the baseline planning -Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team

Project : Stone Residence Duties : -Supporting, as directed, line manager in provision of Quantity Surveying. -Revising all work drawings. -Prepare the monthly interim invoices for the owner/client. -Review invoice status on monthly basis. -control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
