Adrian Vladimirov
Senior Product Manager @ Reward Gateway
About
I’m a Senior Product Manager with six years of Product experience across both large enterprises and fast-moving start-ups. Over the years, I’ve worked with international teams of all sizes—leading product and development efforts across a variety of platforms and industries, including telecom, SaaS, mobile apps, hardware, and device management. What I bring to the table: I’ve led product development end to end—setting up release cycles, building launch pipelines, running user interviews, digging into product research, and turning feedback into focused, data-driven roadmaps. I work closely with cross-functional teams to shape OKRs, handle prioritization, clear blockers, and stay close to customers. I also have hands-on experience managing high-impact incidents alongside engineering teams, especially in complex service environments. A few highlights from my work: • Currently leading product initiatives in the core platform team at Reward Gateway with focus on authentication, registration and onboarding. Our product is a global employee engagement platform used by thousands of businesses and millions of employees. My focus is on foundational services like authentication, user provisioning, and secure access—ensuring the platform remains reliable, scalable, and ready to support growth. • Built and scaled B2B SaaS products used by over 500 enterprise customers. • Shipped digital tools for the e-bike space, tailored for smaller, niche markets. • Managed a portfolio of connected hardware and software products in the automotive sector, navigating everything from development and testing to manufacturing—with plenty of cross-team, cross-timezone collaboration. All of this has shaped a solid, practical understanding of what it takes to build and ship great products—from early discovery to delivery and beyond.
