* Coordinate and monitor the standardization of Engineering's documentation, recording and operational support activities. * Provide clear guidance for coworkers by setting work plans, budgets and departmental goals/objectives. * Review, monitor and provide continuous improvement of all Software Performance and Maintain compliance with company and international standards. * Provide guidance, direction, advice and/or recommendations regarding planning, start up and commissioning issues. * Develop an effective and efficient report with both National & Expat staff.

* Manage the network planning and optimization activities. * Provide Network Planning and Optimisation consultancy to customers and partners. * Support customers in network rollout and future network expansion strategy. * Co-operate with Technical Manager in problem solving and technical solution finding * Ensure the network planning and optimization work progress in the responsible area is updated into the project management tools on time and accurate. * Communicate the management decision to the team member and network planning progress to Regional Project, Implementation Manager and Network Planning Manager. * Main customer interface for Network planning related issue

* Responsible for large scale, complex and/or long duration projects and project teams made up of internal and external resources to deliver business solutions and services. * Work with assigned business groups and technical teams to gather and evaluate project requirements, define project scopes, and provide input to project roadmap. * Develops and maintains detailed project plan to include milestones, tasks, and target/actual dates of completion. * Revises project plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. * Prepares and submits project status reports to management. * Provide financial controllership by facilitating, executing and managing budgets for assigned projects and work-streams. * Keep all parties apprised as to project status and impact to the business. * Hire, train and evaluate performance of project team member. * Manage project resources and timelines, ensuring critical path milestones are met, identifying any barriers to progress and working with business representatives or other necessary party to mitigate problems.
