Responsibilities: • Requirements gathering, elicitation and analysis. • Working with the client and development team to define, groom, plan, and prioritize user stories. • Managing multiple cross functional teams of Web, Mobile Apps and ERP system. • Responsible for in-house and remote team coordination, process implementation and helping in adopting agile methodologies. • Conflict resolution and risk management. • Help clients in increasing ROI for their products by facilitating them in decision making and by optimizing resources utilization. • Oversee day-to-day operations and facilitate in conducting scrum events. • Using JIRA and Confluence for issues tracking and documentation. • Involve in team hiring process as an interviewer. • Responsible for people management, onboarding and retention.

Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate internal resources and other stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the scope • Developing project scopes, objectives, and Estimations involving all relevant stakeholders • Ensure resource availability and allocation • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques • Work with PM for the process improvements • Report and escalate to Senior Project Manager as needed • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders • Perform risk management to minimize project risks • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Conduct daily scrum meeting • Conduct meetings with the client and other stakeholders on a weekly basis or as per needed • Conduct evaluation of team on a quarterly basis • Coordinate with the HR department in the hiring process for resources technical assessment and Induction Tracking/Management Tools: • YouTrack • JIRA • Wrike • Asana • Trello
