About
I am a veterinarian and PhD scientist with progressive roles in academic, government, and industry research. In my current Clinical Scientist role I design and implement animal models to study efficacy, safety, and pharmacological properties of novel compounds and support GCP/GLP study planning for regulatory submissions. My graduate research at Cornell focused on diet-induced endotoxemia, hepatic metabolism, heat-stress impacts on the microbiome, nutritional and probiotic interventions, and pharmacovigilance studies (including work on ceramide inhibition and insulin signaling). As an ORISE Fellow at NVSL I improved diagnostic workflows for livestock pathogens under regulated biosafety conditions. I’ve contributed to multiple peer-reviewed publications (Journal of Dairy Science, Metabolomics, BMC Genomics) and conference presentations (ADSA), and bring practical clinical experience from equine and dairy farm internships and diagnostic labs. Technical strengths include metabolomics and metagenomics workflows, HPLC/spectroscopy, PCR/qPCR, ELISA, CRISPR/GFP techniques, necropsy/histopathology, and statistical analysis with R and SAS.

Clinical Scientist
Missouri, United States
Employing animal models to rigorously test and assess the efficacy, safety, and pharmacological properties of novel biomedical compounds. Understanding of target animal GCP and GLP studies for EU and USDA submissions

Graduate Research Assistant
Ithaca, New York, United States
Studied endotoxemia in cows as caused by varying dietary conditions such as variable starch and heat stress. Determine the impact of varying starch diets on leaky gut syndrome and hepatic toxicity by inducing endotoxemia. Clinical effectiveness of Immunomodulatory products on immune tolerance, and non- alcoholic steatohepatitis caused by diet induced endotoxemia during periparturient period.

Student research assistant Data analyst
Ithaca, New York, United States
Analyzing how the livestock sector’s focus on enhancing Productivity and Sustainable intensification for food security and livelihood improvement using biostatistical analysis. Also analyzed the Environmental impact of interventions, potentially leading to unforeseen negative consequences for vulnerable populations worldwide considering global regulatory standards.
