Designed and implemented Business Process Management Systems (BPMS) to streamline workflows across leasing, finance, and customer management. 5. Led AI-driven initiatives including predictive analytics, lead scoring, contract automation, and NLP chatbots to improve efficiency and client experiences. 6. Defined scalable solution architecture across platforms ensuring seamless cross-practice integration. 7. Handled financial planning, SaaS pricing strategies, revenue optimization. 8.
