Optimize cost management, quality assurance, and supply chain efficiency. Develop Procurement Procedures and Governance: Establish and formalize robust procurement procedures, including the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), an Authority Matrix, and a comprehensive Procurement Policy. These documents should clearly define the steps and responsibilities involved in the procurement process and ensure adherence to regulations and best practices. Implement Smart Procurement through Automation: Embrace smart procurement practices by incorporating automation and technology. Explore opportunities to integrate e-procurement systems, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions into your procurement processes. This will enhance efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making in your procurement operations.

Tasks • As a technical person all time set up a costing plan with factory user hand to financial budget & giving proper decision for technical product purchase by checking all proper specification. • Checking spare parts performance & costing early to monthly as like Rolls-Royce Engine, CAT engine, ELGi Compressor, SCHWING Stetter, Post master pump, VRM, New AI project etc. • Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information. • Ensure uninterrupted supply of electrical & mechanical spare parts availability for production as per specification. • Processing RFQ/PI, CS, purchase orders, CAPEX, MRO and maintain LC related all information through ERP. • Supply planning in advance for seasonal periods and promotional events. • Giving monthly reports for material purchase & checking materials working performance. • Monitoring C&F agents and transporters to ensure timely goods releasing and delivery from different ports. • Coordinating with banks to proceed LC and supplier’s payment if needed procure spare parts from foreign. • Negotiating contracts to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency. • Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated. • Communicating needs & objectives to GM, managers & key personnel in procurement, logistics & distribution. • Maintaining a personal tracker to monitoring PR-Quotation-PO-Logistic-Received-MRR-Payment-Close. Achievement: • Long time saving cost purchase material from Authorized vendor also proper incurring for PR purpose. (25% cost save for Service/30% cost saving unnecessary PR) • Sourcing a good quality heavy industrial product from local ship market Chittagong by using local language. • Develop Credit limits from 30 days to 45 days for procurement process. • Using my problem-solving skill take a front-line action plan for develop EPR software. • Established new logistic transport truck to ship.

 Check all requisition which come from store & check all urgent requisition.  Purchase all kinds of raw materials/spare parts/foil paper/mechanical items/electrical items.  Check previous rate, previous comparative statement (CS) & collect vendor information which items required for purchasing.  Create a short list of pending requisition, urgent requisition.  Collect quotation from different supplier & create a comparative statement.  Ensuring items quality, Make Purchase Order & ensuring proper transport facility.  Purchase all kinds of electrical & electronics items, spare parts, stationary items etc.  Bill check, Market analysis, Supplier information, Purchase order, make monthly pending item list.  Make Monthly purchase history statement.(Cash/Credit),Check all electrical and electronics equipment quality, Check MRR report.

Checking all pending requisition,Maintaining all appropriate supplier information,Monitoring database of cash procurement,proper database of cost monitoring and nominate good supplier.
