I am fired up by the desire to find efficiencies within a system, allowing organizations to grow and best serve their customers. The urge to 'always be learning' coupled with my unending supply of curiosity has driven me to expand my horizons. I enjoy solving problems by breaking down the problem to the core issue and also building the people around me. I am a proponent of servant leadership. My strengths include synthesizing multiple streams of information and applying multi-model thinking, which has been forged with my time in the intensive care unit. I am a critical thinker and enjoy first principles, also taking into account flaws in my thought process. I am gifted teacher (no, seriously) as confirmed by my Teacher of the Year Award from both the Internal Medicine and Family Practice Residency programs at Mercer University - in the same year. Immaculate Industries was a startup entity focused on creating a luxurious and innovative line of personal care products targeting price conscious consumers. During my time with the company we conceptualized, designed and produced a range of products from foaming hand wash to paper soaps and from heated body scrub to hand soaps.
