Responsible for overseas deployment & performance assessment of India team (450+), appointed HR POC to India Strategy team India HR representative to “Global Strike Team (comprises of Global Recruitment Leadership Team, Global Recruitment Operations and HR Technology team)” responsible for improving, streamlining and implementing effective recruitment processes, metrics and technology.

Led a team of recruiters to drive recruitment and AOP targets. Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment frameworks and competencies. Upkeep the talent pipeline for key leadership roles, custodian of internal movements (IJP) & Employee Referral. Streamlined the processed to improve key recruitment metrics, new hire experience and control infant attrition.

Became the youngest practice lead and the management council member. Led Consumer & Retail practice and was responsible for driving search & selection for specific cohorts- CXO, Functional heads, & mid- management cutting across functions. Client on-boarding & servicing. Planning and executing key growth strategies. Developed pitch documents, competency assessment frameworks, bench-marking surveys. Managed APAC level projects.

Elevated to Client Manager, responsible for generating and servicing executive search and selection requirements for key clients cutting across consumer, retail and e-commerce vertical.

Partnering with clients and recommending them on selecting best talent. Individual responsibility of revenue generation of allocated accounts by ensuring mandates closure & delivery
