This involved budget construction, master plan development, ongoing monitoring, and the selection of all key vendors and contractors. Complex Operational Integration: Architecting intricate work processes in collaboration with diverse departments, including Warehouse, Production, Finance, Engineering, R&D, Marketing, Operations, and IT.

MRP and non-MRP, general procurement and framework certificates for service providers. -Procurement MRP parts Electronics components / Packaging / Machining / Mechanics / Electro-Mechanics / Optics / Hardware / Packaging /PCB/PCBA/OEM / SBC Manufacturing. - Full responsibility from the demand , Negotiation, Price ,Finding a supplier, till arrival to stock. -Leading projects in Israel and abroad: finding new sourcing, cost reduction. -Building work processes with all internal department and external parts of the organization: Finance / Engineering / Development / Marketing / Sales / Operations / Manufacturing / Suppliers / SBC. -Characterization of procurement processes according to the company's organizational definitions. -Full cooperation with development and engineering department including Characterization mechanical drawings / assembly drawings / work instructions -Leading strategic projects directly with the company CEO. -Responsibility for the company inventory and annual inventory count. -Characterization of warehouse work processes -> Production -Full responsibility for DROP shipments deliveries from the moment the project begin till arrival to the customer. - Building work processes with the company's suppliers, Follow up/MRB process/Shipment Credits/Payment terms. -Creating BOM in the Priority system. -Process characterization between development and production / NPI, prototype production
