From an Editor-in-Chief of magazines to a construction guru. Yes, that’s possible. Let me start from the beginning, though. Launched "EL Style Mag” in 2003. For the next 18 years - Founder and Editor-in-Chief for 5 magazines for different target audiences. I was the pioneer of the gloss magazine industry in Armenia: a combination of magazine market development and luxury lifestyle. Throughout these years I have organized many private events, as well as big exhibitions and shows. Deeply collaborated with luxury brands such as Cartier, Chopard, Stefano Ricci, Billionaire, Kiton, Ulysse Nardin, Vacheron Constantin, Ermenegildo Zegna, Burberry, Bang and Olufsen, both in Armenia and UAE. I’m also the founder of EL Garden: EL Garden Restaurant, Secret Garden Restaurant, EL Chillout Club and Kids Garden Cafe. For the last 10 years, I’ve been following my “new” passion - construction🏗️🏡 Used all the knowledge and experience gained throughout my career and as a result, founded: 🚧 “1100 Construct” construction company 🚧 “Khakhamyan Heritage” development company Currently I’m working on the AMANOO project by Khakhamyan Heritage. We introduce a new culture of living where urban active life is combined with the serenity of nature. AMANOO residential district is a gated green community. It is designed and constructed from scratch, and became a luxury and green residential complex with exemplary architecture. Being located on the top of Yerevan, near the former Nork Forest, it’s only 2.5km away from downtown Yerevan.
