1. Supplier Development and Management -Identify, evaluate, and develop new suppliers (especially for new materials and processes) -Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations (quality, delivery, cost, service, etc.) -Maintain strong supplier relationships and implement risk management plans 2. Cost Analysis and Negotiation -Analyze cost structures of components and materials (Cost Breakdown Analysis) -Lead price negotiations to secure competitive quotations -Monitor market trends for raw materials and provide sourcing strategy insights 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration -Collaborate with R&D, ME, and PM teams to confirm product requirements and specifications -Support NPI by onboarding qualified suppliers -Coordinate with QA and Legal teams on audits and contract management 4. Project and Strategic Sourcing -Lead new project sourcing specializing in key parts (e.g., power adapter, battery pack, WIFI, scanner, etc.) -Analyze market and industry trends to formulate mid- to long-term sourcing strategies -Support corporate sustainability initiatives including ESG and green procurement 5. Global Procurement and Supply Chain Coordination -Understand international trade terms -Communicate and coordinate with overseas suppliers and subsidiaries in English

-Identify and evaulate prospective suppliers of passive/active components, lenses, camera modules, and related parts. -Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while negotiating favorable terms and contracts. -Develop and manage budgets, perform detailed cost analyses, and prepare comprehensive reports. -Plan, manage, and coordinate all sourcing and procurement activities to ensure timely supply of materials aligned with fluctuating product demand. -Handle the complete sourcing process including requisition, RFQ, quotation comparison, order placement, and delivery tracking -Proficient in ERP/SRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

-Procure 10 vessel materials, machinery, equipment, and fuel. -Manage annual lube oil purchase contracts. -Communicate and coordinate with overseas suppliers and subsidiaries in English -Handle the requisition, RFQ, quotation comparison, order placement, and delivery tracking. -Foster and sustain strong supplier relationships. -Understand international trade terms (e.g., Incoterms, customs, import/export regulations)

-Process and track customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. -Coordinate with warehouse and logistics to schedule shipments and manage delivery timelines. -Monitor inventory levels, update stock records, and alert relevant teams to low-stock or stock discrepancies. -Maintain accurate sales and inventory documentation, including order logs, delivery notes, and stock reports. -Communicate with clients regarding order status, shipment schedules, and inventory availability. -Assist in resolving order or shipment issues promptly, escalating complex problems to management as needed. -Support periodic stock audits and contribute to improving inventory control processes.

-Collaborating with the sales staff to monitor active purchase orders and make sure that orders are completed on time. -Resolving order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; and notifying managers and customers. -Reporting any inventory or service issues to management and the appropriate account manager. -Updating managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries. -Investigating inventory and maintaining in safe stock level.
