-Lead and support a team of photographers providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance -Develop and manage a comprehensive schedule for photographers ensuring all Michigan State sporting events are covered -Photograph Michigan State games home and away, and maintain high standards of photographic coverage and efficiency.

-Photograph all Michigan State sporting events -Edit and upload images in a timely manner to be used in accompanying articles/ station website -Enhanced knowledge on different photographic equipment for different sporting events

-Attend practices and games as the hired team photographer. -Cooperate with the team president/ management about game schedules, traveling to away games, receiving photographs, and more -Organize and shoot media day and photoshoots for the members of the team -Communicate with the team to expand the photographs and team morale through their social media networks -Edit and send images to the team in a timely manner -Communicate with members of the team individually to produce specific action shots and photos they prefer.

-Photograph all baseball games and capture in game action, post game celebrations, key moments, and more -Cover special team events such as community activities and fan engagement -Assist with team media day headshots -Edit and enhance photographs to ensure high quality and consistency -Work closely with the team's media relations and marketing staff to align photographic content with promotional strategies -Capture fan interactions and atmosphere at games and events to create a connection between the team and its supporters
