Project 1 Life is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to spreading awareness about the dangers of fentanyl. The back story: At 16 I was flooded with grief after losing my cousin and older-brother-figure to a fentanyl-laced Percocet. Unsure where to put that emotion, I created Project 1 Life (P1L) to spread awareness about fentanyl poisoning and prescription drug abuse. Over the past two years, I have recruited and empowered 200 ambassadors in 20+ states spreading awareness about fentanyl, Narcan/Naloxone, and fentanyl test strips through teen-to-teen discussion. P1L is the only teen and young adult run 501(c)(3) focused on mitigating fentanyl poisonings in the United States. My work has been featured in People Magazine (“Girls Changing the World”, September 2023), National Public Radio (NPR), ABC News, Mercury News, and The SF Chronicle. As quoted by NPR: Project 1 Life "has the potential to get life-saving information to millions of kids."

- Volunteer 10+ hours weekly responding to medical emergencies at the Dartmouth Skiway.

-Elected to help teach new patrollers outdoor emergency care (OEC) -Planning trainings, refreshers, etc. for Dartmouth Ski Patrol

-Investigated business, clinical, and scientific needs of an early-stage therapeutic target to create a target product profile and target vector profile. -Presented a 3-month-long project to aid 4DMT executives in an early development decision, specifically with analysis on: A. The growing market + US social, financial, and public health burden of a specific disease. B. Current and future competitive landscape of biologic interventions for said disease. C. Disease’s clinically validated targets and vectorizable fits with 4DMT’s vector platform. D. Appropriate therapy regime, administration route, and dosing to maximize clinical effectiveness while reducing drug costs.

-911 EMT in BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) Embarcadero Station on Market Street providing emergency, pre-ambulance care -Working collaboratively with SF crisis intervention specialist and police department to treat patients in various medical emergencies -Part time work on Bay Area events (concerts, sports games, etc.)

-Research assistant facilitating experiments on mentorship, racism, and the brain through the Dartmouth College Psychological & Brain Sciences department. Mentored by Dartmouth Ph.D. fellow Kiara Sanchez. - Duties include: 1. collecting physiological (EKG) and respiration data on subjects 2. Engaging in conversations with subjects about race and mentorship to record related physiological changes 3. Teaching new lab members and contributing to weekly lab meetings (including research on similar studies regarding race, mentorship, and neuroscience)
