Commanded a multinational engineering team located in the Expleo sites in Barcelona (Spain), Iasi (Romania) and Regensburg (Germany) successfully delivering a 48V Battery Management System for a German OEM, showcasing our technical prowess and enhancing client satisfaction.

Oversaw the BSW team distributed among the Lear sites in Valls (Spain), Salé (Morocco) and Pune (India) responsible for the successful delivery of body electronics products for more than 15 Jaguar Land Rover carlines. Defined and spearheaded the adoption of the Automotive SPICE ENG.8 process (SW Test) used globally across all Lear Corporation sites, allowing the company to reach its highest capability and maturity level to date (L3) after a successful external audit in 2017.

As the Managing Director and Lead Consultant at Bravelson Engineering, I served industry giants like Ford, Jaguar Land Rover, and Dyson, delivering bespoke engineering solutions that drove client innovation and success.

Architected and led the development of the vehicle control system for the first JLR autonomous vehicle tested on public roads in collaboration with the MIT spin-off nuTonomy, resulting in the successful testing of autonomous vehicles and enhancing JLR's reputation and brand impact. Designed and developed two innovative vehicle features called "Remote Control" and "Multi-Point Turn," presented in JLR's 2015 Technology Showcase, creating brand impact equivalent to a £X million marketing investment.

Managed the specification and planning of 150+ design change requests for Ford Tier 1 suppliers, with a budget exceeding £X million, successfully delivering on-schedule 5 programs (Fiesta, Focus, F-350, Ranger, F650/F750) into production. Streamlined the global communication networks specification process for diesel vehicles by creating the FDEC Communication Matrix, resulting in over £X million in savings in its first year of adoption in design change requests.

Developed a new product line of diesel emission control systems that now represents a substantial percentage of the company's revenue, contributing to IDNEO's reputation for innovative solutions and compliance with stringent environmental standards. Invented a configurable position detection algorithm for new gear shifter programs. This innovation streamlined production processes, reducing development costs, and improving time-to-market.

Conceived and executed a sophisticated passenger traffic flow simulator, enhancing elevator group solutions for tall buildings. This innovative simulator was implemented in the São Francisco Xavier - Lisboa Hospital and Santiago Clinic Hospital CHUS projects, significantly improving passenger traffic efficiency, reducing wait times, and increasing building usability.
