At the tender age of nine I fell in love with the Culinary Arts. As I grew older so did my love for cooking. I experimented with ingredients and came up with my own recipes which have become my trade mark. Through out the years I have developed my art and love for cooking, just recently 2 years ago I have added "Raw Foods" to my resume. I have learnt how to incorperate my love for both worlds together.

I consult and educate on integrating balance nutrition, along with meditations and the use of positive affirmations to encourage a Holistic and Healthy Life style.
