As the Chairman of the Board of Oilfield Solutions, Austin Joseph manages and provides leadership to the Board of Directors of the Company and act as a direct liaison between the Board and the management of the Company through the Managing Director; provides independent advice and counsel to the MD and ensures that the Directors are properly informed and that sufficient information is provided to enable the Directors to form appropriate judgments.

Austin works with the Board of Directors of Xtreme Returns Farms to provide food security for the long haul by building a vibrant farmers community of Agro Experts. The farms: Grow crops and livestock to enhance sustainable food and meat distribution across Nigeria, Africa and the world at large. Provide Agricultural training, capacity development, youth empowerment and engagements. Create a hub where researchers, practitioners, and enablers across the Agric value chain converge and rub minds for improved practices.

Because of his esteemed contributions and service, he was elected for a second term into the board of this prestigious association whose benchmark is to support member companies. For Austin Joseph, leadership is in itself service, hence it was a great honour to have served on the board of great and like minds for over 7 years, bringing his energy and intellect to the table and being involved in the associated changes to best practice. He is a registered Engineer with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), and a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, the highest status in the engineering profession.
