Led a close-knit team in planning, organizing, and executing fundraisers to support our Phi Beta Lambda chapter and our national service partner, March of Dimes. My team and I worked to gain sponsors for our events, create marketing strategies for our events, and plan out the logistics for the day of the events. Over the course of 3 semesters, we have raised over $5,000 for our chapter. The money we raised went towards sending our students to national events and towards our service partner, March of Dimes.

As Vice President of Membership for my chapter, I coordinated recruitment events with administration and contacted potential recruits for Alpha Delta Gamma. Once recruits were selected, I taught them about the values and history of the fraternity in a 8 week course. My main responsibility was to set an outstanding example for the men who were to become members of the fraternity.

This job requires a tremendous amount of patience and teamwork. I work at the front of the store and deal with customers at the end of their shopping. My focus was on providing outstanding customer service while working quickly and showing gratitude towards customers.
