Horizontal Tracker solar project stretching across 92 acres. The site is owned by the Southern Nevada Water Authority and is operated by SunEdison. The 18MW DC rated photovoltaic system contributes to cutting the power costs associated with pumping 900 million gallons a day from the Las Vegas valley.

* Located along 5th Avenue, the development includes a six-story apartment building, 25,000 SF of retail space, and a 400+ car parking structure. * Assisted in daily operations of the project, which included quantity takeoffs, quality control, daily reports, creating RFI's, As-Built drawings, submittals, layout, and labor. * Managed the installation of form-work, rebar, and post-tensioning cables. * Kept productivity and completion schedules of geo-pier foundation drilling, columns, and spread footings. * Exposed to Contracts, Change Orders, and Invoices by the Project Manager.
