As the sole technical owner of the Luum enterprise mobility ecosystem, I managed a production scope typically supported by a full engineering team of 4–6 developers. I was the single point of accountability for the entire mobile technology stack, spanning from backend API architecture to final App Store delivery. Sole Technical Ownership & Scale: Completely responsible for a codebase of 58,000+ lines of TypeScript/React Native, encompassing 86 production screens across 18 distinct feature modules. AI-Augmented Modernization: Lead a platform-wide migration to Expo. I pioneered the integration of AI across the full software development lifecycle—from architectural planning and schema design to implementation—to act as a massive force multiplier for engineering velocity and code reliability. End-to-End Full-Stack Architecture: Architected and maintained the RESTful API infrastructure (ASP.NET Core) alongside the mobile client (Redux/Saga), ensuring seamless data contracts and feature parity for thousands of enterprise users. Enterprise-Grade Security: Implemented and maintained high-level security protocols, including SSL certificate pinning (TrustKit/OkHttp), secure credential storage (iOS Keychain/Android Keystore), and complex SSO/SAML authentication flows. DevOps & Compliance: Managed Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and Veracode security compliance scanning to ensure zero-downtime releases for mission-critical commuting and parking features.

Contributed to the rapid growth and scaling of the Luum enterprise commute platform, focusing on the development of core mobile features and the standardization of the front-end architecture. Revenue-Generating Feature Development: Engineered mission-critical features for parking reservations, ride-hailing integrations (Lyft API), and automated expense reimbursement, directly supporting the company's core business value for enterprise clients. UI/UX Standardization: Developed and maintained a library of 40+ reusable shared components to ensure design system consistency and improve engineering efficiency across 18 distinct feature modules. Cross-Stack Feature Delivery: Coordinated complex, high-stakes updates across the React Native mobile client and ASP.NET backend services, ensuring seamless data contracts and platform reliability during a period of significant user growth.
