The Intern Group is the leading provider of global internship programs in: New York, London, Hong Kong, Madrid, Australia and Latin America (Colombia). I was promoted to run B2B operations globally with our network of agents and partner universities worldwide, EMEA, APAC, AMER & LATAM. My primary responsibility was designing new operations, processes & strategies to achieve partnership targets and increased market penetration in Asia. I also have responsibility for leading the effort on Sales Pipeline Creation by designing a new reach out plan based on geographic conversion rates and market research. In this position we had some remarkable successes: Partnership Building: 10 new partnerships in the first 12 months in North America, UK, Italy, Argentina, Australia, Hong Kong & Singapore, Marketing & Sales: 20 campaigns executed, 4K B2B prospects touched, 1K Sales Qualified Leads sourced for the Sales Admission Team.

I was hired to grow the number of B2B partnerships with American & European higher education institutions to enable revenue for the Sales Admission team by coordinating all the B2B lead generation & B2B marketing activities. This included presenting at conferences, participating in events, direct mailings, linking the sales cycle to marketing initiatives & developing systematic pipeline approaches to automate reach out processes to increase sales. Additionally, I worked in collaboration with our local teams in London, Madrid, Hong Kong, Australia & Colombia to identify strategic business opportunities, based on quantitative & qualitative industry insights. A major accomplishment was increasing the efficiency and quality of sales & marketing programs through identification, design and implementation of a set of marketing plans which saved The Intern Group approximately 40K annually.
