WFHY is a bespoke, all-inclusive virtual fitness studio that enables employees to break up the monotony of remote work life through beginner-friendly & accessible mindfulness, meditation, and yoga classes. We offer high-touch access to accelerate growth through 300+ classes, 1:1 coaching, tailored courses, and small group programs rooted in community. Our mission is to support both individuals and companies who are interested in investing in their holistic health & wellness. To make these practices more accessible and affordable, we partner directly with SMEs & health insurance companies to cover the cost of memberships. Some of our partners include United Healthcare, Renew Active, Optum and KeyBank.

I collaborate seasonally with a Professor of Business and Professional Communication to share mindfulness tips, nervous system regulation techniques, and public speaking advice for students.

I coach & mentor CEOs and executive leadership teams within startups, Fortune 500 companies, and non-profits on the integration of mindfulness, stress management, and mindful leadership practices through workshops, team-building and 1:1 coaching. We unpack the myths behind stress & mindfulness through the lens of team dynamics & individual stress responses, nervous system regulation, meditation, breath work and design thinking. Clients walk away with a clear understanding of the relevance of mindset practices for inter-personal and professional applications, and a proactive framework by which to tackle everyday stressors. As a business & operations strategist for Packman & Associates, I helped build the future of the firm through implementing systems for scale, translating the vision of the CEO into strategic initiatives, executing on opportunities for growth, and envisioning next steps for the firm's evolution and optimization.

As a Yoga & Mindfulness Instructor at NIKE, I... • Led hundreds of classes, workshops, custom team-building sessions, and trainings on mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and stress reduction for teams of 5-500+ • Taught custom workshops for executive leadership teams & VPs • Spearheaded & Launched Mindfulness Programming Initiatives in partnership with the Nike Sport Center, Nike Business Services, and Workplace Design + Connectivity • Co-Facilitated an event for the NIKE Military Veterans Community with 200+ NIKE teammates in partnership with Dan Nevins

I was hired as the SME to help choreograph, develop, refine, test, co-write, and voice scripts for 6 yoga classes on the Nike Training Club app that launched in 2020. I worked on this project in its entirety from ideation to execution as the lead assistant under the Director of Digital Fitness at Nike. These classes have been translated into 20+ languages, and can be found in the Nike Training Club App under Collections, titled Essential Yoga Flows for Everyday.

As the Format Lead Yoga Instructor at NIKE WHQ I... • Designed & developed the guardrails for NTC Yoga Class formats and trained a team of yoga instructors on the new guidelines • Supported a team of yoga instructors through guidance, 1:1 training, and peer-reviews • Interviewed potential new instructors for hire in partnership with the Nike Sport Center • Developed curriculum for strategic programming proposals, specialized workshops, etc. • Collaborated with the Sport Center staff to support & run on campus events • Crafted & executed custom mindfulness programming for leadership teams, All-Hands meetings, events, and trainings

I managed marketing, promotions & campaign development, lead generation, content creation, design (digital & print), website maintenance, sales strategy, systems development & implementation, social media channels, blogging, advertising & customer service (phone, online & in-person) for five sister companies (a brick and mortar coffee shop, an in-house coffee training facility, two online B2B sales companies, and a networking platform). I also launched a tiered advertising program from scratch by negotiating contracts with Ghirardelli, Pacific Foods & Poached.
