Served as Deputy to the Lead Configuration/Data Manager. Collaborated with the Lead Configuration Manager to develop PMA209's Data Requirements Review Board (DRRB) Policy and Procedures, which included the coordination and acceptance of CM and Data Management related contract deliverables for all new programs, review of CDRLs and conduct of Formal and Informal DRRB meetings. Acted as Lead Configuration Manager, as required.

Provided program management support to the Deputy Program Manager and Product Support Team Lead for Legacy Systems by researching, writing and editing technical documents that provide logistics support to the Integrated Product Team (e.g., Statements of Work, briefs and process documentation).

Managed the execution and interpretation of policy and processes associated with modification plans and proposed engineering changes that impact over 250 Air Combat Electronic (ACE) Systems and support equipment.

Executed and monitored Class I and II ECPs as well as other associated CM actions in accordance with DOD and NAVAIR Instructions. Analyzed and processed these actions ensuring all engineering, logistics and funding elements were properly evaluated and completed prior to contract execution of a modification to ACE systems. Acted as Lead Configuration Manager, as required.

Supported NIDA's Women & Gender Research Coordinator in executing program management associated with the promotion and study of sex/gender differences in all areas of drug abuse research. These activities included identifying research gaps, disseminating research findings to the scientific community and the public, and fostering the study of women and sex/gender differences among investigators in the drug abuse field.

Researched, developed and managed databases on Women's Health & Sex/Gender Differences research. Reviewed over 1,000 NIDA-funded grants for issues related to Women's Health & Sex/Gender Differences research.

Formulated, researched and implemented behavioral studies on the pharmacological effects of drugs of abuse. Presented research findings at international science conferences and co-authored manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed international journals.

Conducts classes, workshops, and private sessions in mindfulness meditation from an evidence-based perspective. Serves as faculty for The Mindfulness Center’s Meditation Teacher Training (MTT) programs, resident and online, assisting with curriculum development, student advising and moderating the MTT online community forums. As a member of the management team, promotes awareness of TMC’s education, research and charitable initiatives. Liaison with the community at large in establishing education and wellness programs for schools, hospitals, government agencies and institutions and other organizations.
