As Safety&Security Manager for IKEA Timisoara Store, I am looking after all aspects of Health, Safety and Security for the business: - Overseeing the HS&Security and day to day operations associated with safety, health and security programs, HSS objectives/targets, personnel training, regulatory compliance, record-keeping/reporting, and other associated HSS programs at the site. - Assigning work and managing workloads of 17 HSS related staff, providing guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; setting expectations and clarifying responsibilities. - Ensuring site regulatory compliance; permits, applications and other documentation. - Leading internal and external HSS audits; - Updating HSS management system documentation; - Implementing Corporate and local Policies and Standards; - Management of HSS awareness and mindset campaigns on different levels and domains (Electrical Safety, Wellbeing, Ergonomy, Warehouse safety, Fire Prevention, First Aid); - Coordinating overall work safety culture programs.
