* Carry out Personal Assistant/Administration tasks to the Executive Head, Heads of Service and Senior Management across the service including maintaining IT and paper based records; providing attendance and monitoring information, reports and finance analysis for Senior Managers. * Supporting Senior Managers in diary management including organising Away Days, lunches, travel and accommodation. * Minute taking and chasing up actions. * To use FMS (Financial Management System) and Marketplace to place orders and process invoices for payment. * Liaise with partner agencies including Education Welfare Service providing individual student attendance reports to statutory work. * Typing and production of all correspondence and reports.
