• Independently managed architecture, structural works, and earth-retaining structures (ERSS) for three high-class bungalows. • Planned construction sequences and tracked progress against project schedules. • Coordinated, prepared, and arranged the site inspection with RE and RTO. • Liaised and coordinated with consultants on discrepancies in contract and construction drawings. • Submitted RFIs, RFAs, shop Drawing, method statements and all relevant documents for approval. • Prepare the rebar production schedule and order the materials. • Monitor the progress of work, and resolve all site construction problems, drawing discrepancies, and technical problems to ensure the smooth running of the project. • Ensured all work on sites was carried out in a safe manner, in accordance with safety provision. • Submit EOT and fortnightly reports to consultants and clients, SP Inspection, TOP, and other relevant authorities for submission. • Managed project completion, handover and rectification works. • Coordinate with the QS and other team members for the VO issue and monthly progress claims.

• Inspected & supervised bridges, Deep Bore pile, Bridges Pier, roadworks, and embankments, ensuring compliance with contract and specifications. • Coordinated technical modifications with international consultants. • Reviewed RFAs, RFIs, payment certificates, EOT, method statements, As-Built drawing, and material testing reports. • Attended monthly coordination meetings with the International Consultant and the Client (Government). • Prepared and submitted the monthly report and weekly report to Client and Consultants. • Monitored and supervised embankment earth-filling, sub-base, base, premix (Eco Road and Asphalt Road), DBST, and concrete road.

• Inspected all step of construction procedure, measurement according to specification & QA Process • Checked the construction method of statement, material test report, RFA, RFI, IPC (Interim Payment Certificate), Shop Drawings, geotechnical report & bore pile test (dynamic load test, tiltmeter & SIT) • Inspected & Supervised 250m & 300m length two standard bridges with bore piles & 350m & 150m length two Multi Low Water Crossing Box-Culver. • Monitored and controlled the time, cost, and quality. • Attended the meeting and prepared the meeting minutes. • Reported and demonstrated all technical and safety issues to the team leader (foreigner). • Prepared Defect Punch List for final inspection and completion reports. • Prepared the completion certificate or final acceptance certificate.

• 12-Storey + 2-Basement Hospital Project with TOP-Down Construction • Inspected and supervised the bore pile—363 Nos (working piles, secant piles, and continuous bore piles)—and inspected static load test, Dynamic load test and SIT. • Monitored the geotechnical instruments (Ground Settlement marker, inclinometer, tilt meter, water table). • Inspected and monitored the sub-structure with deep foundation and superstructure work (High Rise). • Checked and monitored RFIs, RFAs, and shop drawings submitted by the contractor. • Steel structure connection, retaining wall, and RC structure design calculations, and resolved the design problems that arise on site.
