Lead all non-clinical research and IND-enabling efforts for a novel oncology therapeutic targeting the Wnt/β-catenin pathway. Define translational strategy and guide integration of pharmacology, toxicology, and biomarker programs across development stages. Participate in cross-functional working groups involving regulatory, clinical, CMC, and external collaborators to ensure alignment from discovery through IND submission. Author and review scientific sections of regulatory submissions and prepare briefing materials for FDA interactions. Manage CRO relationships and academic collaborations, driving program execution across multiple solid tumor indications. Contribute to portfolio strategy including indication prioritization, resistance modeling, and translational biomarker development.
