• Successfully resolved over 400 post-construction deficiency reports in a residential construction; • Supervision of the work executed at the common area of the building ensuring all company standards and project specifications were being followed; • Research, contacted, obtained quotes, and supervised repair jobs at various rental properties, resolving issues and leaving tenants satisfied;

• Participated in a project with All Weather Windows as an industry partner and worked as a Process Improvement Analyst (please refer to my "All Weather Windows" experience below for further details on my tasks); • Research activities in a manufacturing environment and obtained results that contributed to my thesis

• Performed a time study on the manufacturing area and built a simulation model that accurately represents production with a difference of less than 5% • Provided productivity improvement insights based on the simulation model and elaborated reports stating potential areas that can improve work by 15% • Creation of a tool that predicts manufacturing cost of glasses with the input of their parameters • Collaborated with other students on the creation of an audit system that detects material work defects and provides solutions that can reduce waste up to 50%
