I am an executive with 10+ years of solid experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Business Strategy and B2B Marketing. I have built my career in the cosmetics packaging market, managing the industry to better meet the needs and expectations of our customers, combining industrial performance with the understanding of the supply chain which we operate, developing and applying the best practices of industrial management, such as OEE, Lean Manufactoring, Quality Systems, 5S, Industrial Costs management and others. I believe in integrated relationships between costumers and suppliers, based on trust and mutual benefits, where the opportunities are explored and shared. I have myself developed and applied new methodologies and tools to improve and deliver value to my clients. My results are supported by my team.
