As a freelancer, i am an electronic components supplier for different universities in Mexico, I am also in charge of a project doing data loggers that can obtain different information of the weather, as temperature, irradiance, humidity, weight etc. that the labs use for their equipment measurements. I give punctual monitoring for the institutions requirements, from the order and assembling to the delivery of the product.

As coordinator, I am in charge of keeping the control of the ANEXO 24 (IMMEX) from different enterprises, I manage the documentation required by the auditors of the companies that were assigned to me for their revision, control and organization. I complete and send weekly and monthly reports to have an optimus control for each enterprise. Also I review all pediments and documentation related to the importation / exportation, laws and rules applied. I work with the VUCEM and have important contact with the customers’ brokers and carriers. Another important function is the optimization of results to close operations of the different import and export type of pediments.

As Sales Representative, I manage customers transportations in all their journey, and give recommendations for creative tours and experiencies in all the Riviera Maya. As a sales representative I offer different type of tours depending on the needs of the customers, giving a description of the experience and being empathetic to the customers. in order to close the sale.

I was in charge of coordinating the Import-Export Department: I dealt with Customers’brokers and providers from Asia, North America, and South America. I was also incharge of coordinate all the logistics requirement for importation of raw material,customs clearance, permissions, search for new providers, review and making ofpurchase orders, reports related to Import / Export Department, cost reductionanalysis. Also I deal with the carriers to keep the track of the arrival of themerchandise to the warehouse. Abilities with VUCEM were required and used.
