Mechanical simulation (FEA) of diesel injectors for passenger vehicles.

* Led a group of 18 associates dedicated to testing for quality assurance, engineering validation and release. * Analysis of testing data, particularly for NVH measurements of HVAC modules and motors. * Review test methods and test setup for HVAC modules, engine cooling fans, wiper systems and steering column motors. * Statistical analysis of testing data and review of test reports. * Achieved 100% order fulfillment for testing services * Defined KPIs to track the performance of the testing laboratory considering: time, cost and quality * Implemented systematic processes for continuous improvement and problem solving * Contributed to the successful launch of new products by assessing product risks and opportunities accurately and in the proper time * Responsible for yearly budget and resource planning
