Augustinas Rotomskis
Chair of the Board of Directors @ Rotomskis Joint Ventures
About
After years working in sales and corporate consulting, I made a deliberate decision to step away from the traditional path.I had seen the inside of large systems—how bureaucracy replaces thinking, how activity is mistaken for progress, and how creativity is slowly traded for compliance. The conventional cycle of education, corporate careers, and incremental advancement often produces efficiency, but rarely produces ownership, clarity, or long-term value.I chose a different direction.Instead of advising from the outside, I began working directly with founders and owners facing real growth decisions—scaling businesses without overextending capital, entering new markets without losing control, and building structures that could endure pressure rather than collapse under it.As these projects succeeded, a pattern became clear. Growth problems were rarely isolated. Strategy, execution, markets, capital, and people were deeply interconnected—and treating them separately was the root cause of failure. That realization led me beyond consulting and into strategic integration. What began as independent work evolved into a broader ecosystem of joint ventures, interim leadership, execution teams, and market partnerships. Today, this ecosystem spans multiple regions and sectors, supporting product-first companies as they expand across the Anglosphere, the DACH region, and Africa. The work is practical, not theoretical. It is focused on profitable growth, disciplined expansion, and long-term resilience. Results have followed—but outcomes are not the objective. Structure is.Today, my work is guided by a single principle: to help ambitious founders build businesses that grow globally without losing control, clarity, or purpose.

Chair of the Board of Directors
Worldwide
In March 2026, I orchestrated the landmark consolidation of 92 global business assets valued at €7M, unifying the interests of four prominent family offices under the 17kingdoms conglomerate. This strategic merger bridges the economic corridors of Lithuania and Nigeria, creating a permanent infrastructure for intercontinental trade. As Chairman, I lead a high-level Board of Directors comprised of three permanent and four electable members. My mandate includes absolute veto power over all strategic, financial, and operational decisions, ensuring the long-term stability and ideological alignment of the multi-family alliance. Strategic Mandate & Infrastructure: Asset Management & Oversight: Directing a diverse portfolio of 92 assets with a focus on capital preservation, flow management, and systemic growth. The Lithuania-Nigeria Bridge: Architecting the "physical and financial pipes" between the Baltic region and the Global South, leveraging a high-level power-broker network. Global Distribution Governance: Designing the automotive and logistical frameworks that serve as the foundational distribution lines for international commerce. Market Expansion: Systematizing strategic frameworks to integrate Lithuanian goods and services into 17 new distribution markets across the African continent. 17kingdoms represents the transition from advisory to sovereign asset management—building the institutional structures that define the future of global trade.

Global Business Strategist
Worldwide
I left my role at Lithuania’s leading consulting firm, Human Study Centre, with an insurgent mindset—determined to redefine strategy consulting by prioritizing real business results over one-time events or polished reports. As a strategy consulting partner, I worked directly with ambitious business leaders who wanted to scale rapidly without taking on excessive financial risk. These success stories inspired me to go further—to build an ecosystem of joint ventures and become a global strategic integrator. This portfolio is constantly added with companies that have consistently outperformed their competitors and built a lasting legacy. Our unique approach combines insight, outsourcing, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures to deliver results that go far beyond advice—it helps clients build entire supply chains and new revenue streams. Everyday I’m Reinventing Strategy Consulting 1 % At A Time - So That Business Owners Don’t Just Get Ideas, But Real, Repeatable Growth.

Freelance Blogger
Worldwide
During my tenure as a professional blogger for Verslas Blog, I transitioned from a traditional writer into a coveted global blogger for numerous high-profile companies. This role served as a critical platform for analyzing and articulating complex market dynamics, effectively bridging the gap between technical business insights and a global audience. By consistently delivering high-impact content for diverse industries, I developed a reputation for synthesizing global trends into actionable business intelligence. This experience was instrumental in refining my voice as a consultant, as it required the ability to influence professional discourse and build authority across international borders.

Business Portfolio Growth Architect
Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria
In March 2025, a landmark preliminary agreement between the 4 families catalyzed the transition of my professional focus from individual consultancy to global asset management. This shift resulted in the formation of 17 kingdoms, a global conglomerate designed to bridge the economic landscapes of Lithuania and Nigeria. The agreement was finalised on March 16th 2026. As the Main Asset Manager and Holding Strategic Manager, I oversee a consolidated portfolio of 92 assets. My role has evolved from solopreneurship into active investment and high-level strategic oversight, ensuring the long-term growth and stability of this multi-family alliance. Key Strategic Initiatives: The Lithuania-Nigeria Bridge: Leveraging the unique synergy between Blessing Inioluwa Rotomskis and the four-family power-broker network to create a permanent trade corridor. Global Distribution Infrastructure: Designing and implementing robust automotive distribution lines as the foundational "pipes" for international trade. Market Expansion: Systematizing my previous strategic frameworks to establish 17 new distribution markets for native Lithuanian goods and services within the African continent and the broader Global South. 17kingdoms represents the culmination of my experience in strategic leverage, flow management and international relations—moving beyond advisory roles to build the physical and financial infrastructure that connects global economies.

Global Strategic Integrator
Worldwide
Following a 2023 investment into the BuyAm marketplace in Ilorin and a joint venture with Theta Six, aimed at developing an AI-based strategic integration tool, my work entered a new phase. This initiative triggered what I can only describe as a quantum leap in the scope and ambition of our activities. Through these developments, we initiated a joint venture with the an AI distribution network, opening the door to new international partnerships and capabilities. Step by step, we are evolving into a global force in strategic integration, helping companies connect strategy, partnerships, and distribution into unified growth systems. Our approach is built on a fundamentally different operating model for global expansion—one that combines strategic insight, technology, and cross-border collaboration to help businesses scale beyond traditional consulting frameworks.

Door to Door Sales Representative
Global
My journey in sales began in 1996. At that time, I was searching not only for a profession, but for a way to understand the talents God had given me. A turning point came when I read Holding What Gets Bread by the Lynn Family Therapists, and spent time doing small jobs at my Poet's godfather’s shop. Those early experiences helped me realize something important: talents are not meant to remain hidden—they must be transformed into gifts that serve others. Slowly I learned how to turn my God-given abilities into practical skills, and eventually into something deeper: family assets and heritage that could support not only myself but others around me. In those early years I often went door-to-door selling. It was not glamorous work, but it taught me discipline, humility, and faith. I also believed that God sometimes shows guidance in very small signs. When I found a coin or a small amount of money on the ground while walking between doors, I took it as a reminder that I was on the right path. And when I met the right people through genuine Christian networking communities, relationships built on trust and shared values opened doors that no strategy alone could create. Over time, those experiences shaped how I see business: not simply as transactions, but as relationships, stewardship, and long-term responsibility. I was always tempted by temptations of violence - so I promise myself to start a new venture every year on 2nd of October.

Global Joint Venture
For almost 7 years I was involved in a joint venture structure focused on business development projects in the DACH region and Northern Europe. The focus of my work was mostly integration of Northern European partners. The work revolved around helping companies expand internationally, build distribution partnerships, and develop new market entry strategies. Through these projects we collaborated with dozens of clients and hundreds of partners, creating cross-border relationships and opening opportunities for companies seeking growth beyond their domestic markets. However, entrepreneurship also means navigating complex human dynamics. Due to the collapse of personal partnership agreements within the structure, the collaboration could no longer continue. As a result, I lost dozens of clients and hundreds of partners that had been connected through that partnership framework. The partnership was formally terminated on 2026 February 27. Yet this difficult transition also created space for something new. Shortly after, I entered into a new transformative partnership, which triggered a significant shift in my professional direction and opened the door to the next phase of my work. Looking back, the experience provided invaluable lessons about trust, partnership structures, and the realities of building cross-border business networks.

Strategy Consultant
Vilnius
During my time at the Human Study Centre, I gained access to a significant body of methodology that proved extremely valuable for my development as a business strategist. The frameworks, analytical tools, and consulting approaches I encountered there helped me fill what had previously been a missing key in my understanding—how business, teams, and individual people must be understood as an integrated system rather than as separate elements. This perspective profoundly shaped how I approach strategy. It taught me that successful organizations are not built only on financial models or market positioning, but on the alignment between strategy, human behavior, team dynamics, and organizational structure. Equally important was the personal work and guidance I received from Gintaras Chomentauskas. His mentorship and the developmental work we undertook together played a defining role in shaping my thinking and professional direction. It helped transform my early experience in consulting and entrepreneurship into a broader vision, ultimately guiding me toward becoming a global management consultant focused on integrated strategy, people, and systems.

Sales Director
Vilnius
Under the stewardship of Dormantas Blažaitis, I developed into a strong sales manager and learned the discipline of professional selling. His mentorship played a key role in shaping my ability to understand clients, build trust, and consistently deliver results. Those years in sales became the foundation that eventually propelled my transition into consulting, where strategic thinking and business development naturally complemented my commercial experience. We eventually parted ways on good and respectful terms, as he recognized my growing ambition and potential to pursue the path of entrepreneurship. I remain grateful for the lessons and mentorship that helped shape my early professional journey. I consider Dormantas a personal friend to this day.

Associate Founder
Vilnius
Following my work as a researcher and developer of psychological assessment tools, I joined the personnel and team assessment startup Talentų Karta. This transition allowed me to apply rigorous psychological methodology to the high-stakes environment of corporate human capital. Under the mentorship of Darius Pietaris, arguably the leading sales trainer of the time, I underwent a masterclass in business analysis and high-level consultation. His guidance was instrumental in shifting my focus from purely analytical research to the strategic application of data in solving complex organizational challenges. These years became a vital training ground for understanding the interplay between human behavior and commercial performance. While internal team conflicts eventually led to the termination of the company, the experience remains a cornerstone of my professional development. It provided a raw, firsthand look at the realities of entrepreneurship—specifically the non-negotiable importance of sales capability, absolute founder commitment, and resilient team structures in early-stage ventures. I remain grateful for the period of rapid growth and the sophisticated consulting frameworks I mastered, which continue to inform my approach to global organizational development.

Business Technology Consultant
Saulėtekis
Under the stewardship of Tomas Žalandauskas at the Baltic Institute of Advanced Technology (BPTI), I gained a profound understanding of how the global technology market operates. His mentorship was instrumental in shaping my ability to navigate complex innovation ecosystems and identify the strategic drivers of international tech trends. Those years as a Technology Consultant served as a critical intellectual foundation, bridging the gap between advanced research and commercial application. This experience sharpened the analytical rigor and market foresight that now define my approach to global consultancy. I formally moved on from this role on August 31, 2015, parting ways on excellent terms. Tomas recognized my readiness to scale my expertise and supported my transition toward broader professional horizons. I remain deeply grateful for the insights and professional guidance I received during my time at the institute. I continue to value the relationship we built and consider Tomas a respected mentor and friend to this day.

Clinical Psychologist
Vilnius
I worked as a clinical psychologist at the prestigious VUL Santariškės Clinics, where I supported patients in intensive care facing severe mental health challenges. The work was deeply meaningful and spiritually rewarding, as it required compassion, resilience, and the ability to help people navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. At the same time, I gradually realized that my ambitions and aspirations were leading me toward a different path. I felt called to build, create, and work on a broader scale. Choosing to leave that path was one of the most important decisions of my life. Today I work internationally as an entrepreneur and strategist, building ventures and collaborating across borders. Beyond professional achievements, I am grateful for the life I have built: I share it with my dream wife and our two wonderful sons, Xavier and Ife. Looking back, I know it was the right decision.

Junior Researcher
Vilnius
While working at the Vilnius University Special Psychology Laboratory, I was actively involved in research on psychological testing and assessment. During this period I published 21 academic articles and received five awards for my work in the field of psychological measurement and diagnostics. One of the highlights of this period was publishing a groundbreaking article in BMC Neurology titled “Differential Diagnosis of Depression and Alzheimer’s Disease with the Addenbrooke's Cognitive Examination-Revised (ACE-R)”, which contributed to improving diagnostic differentiation between cognitive decline and depressive disorders. This academic experience played an important role in shaping my professional identity. It strengthened my analytical thinking, scientific discipline, and confidence in tackling complex problems—skills that later proved valuable far beyond academia.
