- Established and led a high-performing, cross-functional agile development team of 10, driving strategic roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and the delivery of impactful product enhancements. - Spearheaded enhancements to Norway’s electricity market settlement processes, with a focus on enabling local renewable energy sharing and increasing efficiency in imbalance settlements.

• Was the product manager of the transition from hourly to 15-minute resolution in Settlement of the Norwegian electricity market • Collaborated with stakeholders to identify and implement enhancements for system performance and usability.

• Conducted quality assurance (QA) testing to ensure readiness for Elhub Go Live. • Provided user support for integrating customer systems with Elhub, streamlining the onboarding process. • Played a critical role in achieving a smooth operational transition during the system's launch phase.

• Conducted system testing for the Meter Data Management system Quant, ensuring accurate data collection from AMI meters. • Worked in cross-functional teams following agile methodologies in Scrum.
