Audrey Robertson

Prior to joining the Department of Energy, Audrey Robertson was the Co-Founder, CFO and EVP of Franklin Mountain Energy, a private Oil & Gas company operating in the Permian Basin. She was previously a member of the Board of Directors of Extraction Oil and Gas Inc (NASDAQ: XOG) and Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc (NYSE: BCEI). She also served on the Board of Liberty Energy, Inc (NYSE: LBRT) and was the Vice Chair of the New Mexico Oil and Gas Association (NMOGA) until August of 2025, when she resigned to join the United States Department of of Energy. Previously, Audrey was Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Copper Trail Partners, LLC, an energy private equity platform based Denver, a Partner and Senior Managing Director at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, LP. and prior to that, an Investment Banker with Goldman, Sachs & Co.She is the proud mother of two boys and lives in Denver, CO.
