In this role, I focus on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring the right fit for every position, and helping organizations grow while supporting professionals in advancing their careers.

SIRE Life Sciences is a specialized recruitment agency focused on the Life Sciences industry. During my time at SIRE, I gained hands-on experience across the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and assessing candidates, reviewing CVs, and conducting interview screenings, to aligning talent with client needs. I collaborated with renowned clients on diverse hiring requirements, which broadened my expertise across a wide range of roles within the job market.

At The Fabricant, a pioneering digital fashion company, I supported the People & Culture team by preparing employment contracts, guiding new hires through onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records, posting job vacancies, and assisting with a range of HR initiatives to enhance the employee experience.

During my time as a Recruitment Intern at Shopee, one of Southeast Asia and Taiwan’s leading e-commerce platforms, I sourced potential candidates via LinkedIn, assisted in recruiting for the Marketing Project segment, scheduled interviews, and tracked the progress of each hire, all while learning from a talented and collaborative team.

During my time at METSTRADE Exhibition, the world’s leading trade show for marine leisure equipment, I gained hands-on experience managing social media channels, scheduling content, conducting market research for the marine leisure industry in Asia, proposing template designs for invitation letters, and translating sales documents for the Indonesian market.
