Since working independently I have been delighted to be appointed as an Associate Director for Oasis School of Human Relations and I have also provided coaching and consultancy with many major third sector organisations, and with the Scottish Government, NHS Education Scotland, NHS boards on integration. In addition I have developed and provided training for person centred coaches in health and social care. I'm also very proud to be a Champion for the Health and Social Care Academy. My voluntary work includes being on the board of the Health and Social Care Alliance, board member of TheWEL (currently Ad Hominem) and trustee of the Edinburgh Gestalt Institute. I am also a custodian of the Windsor Leadership Dialogue. I am a regular blogger and commentator, particularly on leadership and healthcare. I have recently launched a booklet on the Workplace of Tomorrow with Oasis School of Human Relations. We have also now set up Oasis in Scotland.
