I assisted in locating and setting up the office of DOTT Insurance Agency. I helped maintain some of the day to day operations to make the company run efficiently. I also recruited about 14 of the 25 agents I managed with the agency and assisted in the growth of the company from 30 to over 100 agents in our first year in business. I was in charge of the Health Division of DOTT Insurance Agency and was very instrumental in introducing new businesses to the company like the Affordable Care Act and the current FMO for which DOTT is still doing multiple businesses with today called Messer Financial Group. I really enjoy building relationships between people and making connections to help people's businesses flourish.
