As part of my pre-engineering project, I worked on optimizing the tracking and planning of workshop interventions to enhance managerial visibility and operational performance in the after-sales service. Specifically, I: • Structured the intervention follow-up for clear visibility of workflows, deadlines, and priorities. • Implemented a Power BI dashboard to monitor performance in real-time and support data-driven decision-making. • Improved resource utilization and performance-oriented management. • Helped strengthen the data and performance culture, laying the foundation for operational excellence.

During my second apprenticeship period, I contributed to optimizing the follow-up of maintenance contracts for a fleet of 172 assets, including machines CATERPILLAR, SEM, MANITOU, KALMAR, HYSTER and generators CATERPILLAR, SDMO, OLYMPIAN. I designed and implemented an Excel VBA macro to automate maintenance scheduling based on hour meter readings and contractual frequencies. This solution improved forecast accuracy, reduced unnecessary site visits, and enhanced operational efficiency. I also leveraged Product Link telematics data to validate key inputs and support data-driven decision-making. Result: 85% alignment between scheduled and actual field interventions.

During my first apprenticeship period in the MPR department, I was responsible for updating the sectoral database using Excel and IRIUM. This task aimed to improve the accuracy of sector classifications, ensuring more reliable data for better business insights and decision-making. The project was critical in enhancing the company's ability to target sectors effectively, supporting commercial growth and optimizing customer engagement. Through this experience, I developed strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the importance of data accuracy in a commercial context.

Intern assigned to the MPR department, my mission within TRACTAFRIC EQUIPMENT is to optimize/update the OLGA database in which the machine fleet of all customers in Cameroon is recorded. The completion of this rather meticulous work will therefore involve the analysis and comparison of the data received from the PSSR, ISR and KAM with those of the initial fleet with the aim of having a database with a real machine park present on the territory.

En tant que entreprise prestataire de services en maintenance tout corps, durant mon passage à PICTET CAMEROUN j'ai eu comme projet L'IMPLÉMENTATION D'UNE MAINTENANCE PRÉVENTIVE CONDITIONNELLE AUX GROUPES ÉLECTROGENES CAS DE : TotalEnergies. Étant ma deuxième période en entreprise et celle-ci ayant un secteur d'activités assez différent de la première entreprise, j'ai acquis un grand nombre de notions sur ce qu'est la maintenance proprement dite, ses outils d'analyses et comment faire implémenter une nouvelle stratégie. Ceci dit pour cette seconde phase de stage, contrairement à la première j'ai eu à manager une équipe parceque après avoir établi plusieurs bases et documents nous avons la partie technique où il faut se frotter sur le terrain pour réaliser les actions de maintenance de la machine proprement dite.. Ce stage était donc pour moi une autre réussite parmi les autres à venir.
