Lead a team that ensures the ongoing quality of all payroll processes primarily in the US and the support of global initiatives that span across 39 countries for 9,000 employees. Day to day responsibility for the Company’s outsourced Workday payroll platform in the US. Responsible for executing against the vision and strategic direction of Head of Global Payroll Operations, subject matter expert, comfortable working with all levels of the organization in support of company goals, primarily focused on compliance, process improvement and gained efficiencies.

* Create billing for clients based on materials and labor used on job sights. * Track approval and payment status of TLM billing. * Support company Controller by assisting inputting of material cost and labor cost in Timberline system also provided clerical support for Project Managers.
