Responsible for building strong relationships with commercial fleet clients and individual customers through personalized service and targeted promotions to drive Fast Pass memberships. Adapted quickly to the car wash industry, collaborating with leadership and sales teams to identify high-potential accounts. Engagement for new customers through onsite outreach, consistently exceeding sales goals while training team members in customer-focused sales strategies.

Istituto di Medicina Genomica (Fondazione Policlinico Universitario A. Gemelli IRCCS). Contributed to translational research in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) and Huntington’s Disease (HD) within Dr. Tiziano's laboratory. Supported the piloting and optimization of a CRISPR-based HD model, gained experience in sequencing workflows, and developed familiarity with SMA1 and SMA2 gene research, small-molecule therapies, and microRNA targets. Assisted in refining CRISPR and transfection protocols across multiple platforms to help establish a streamlined, IVDR-aligned laboratory process.

Responsible for proactively building and sustaining client relationships, maintaining positive and high-energy, utilizing strong organizational skills, and working both independently and collaboratively. Mainly targeted commercial businesses, multi-location chains, specific vertical markets, and strategic businesses identified by management using company-provided and self-generated leads.

Center for Applied Genomics, Hakonarson Laboratory. Worked closely with senior scientists to conduct functional and translational studies from pediatric patient samples containing mutations in proliferatory and migratory cell signaling pathways. These deviants are causal to/involved with lymphatic and vascular anomalies. This research has provided significant insight into characterizing malignancies in the MAPK cascades and subsequent changes in cellular morphology. We have evaluated the effectiveness and pre-clinical data of various drug treatments such as MEK inhibitors for these lymphatic anomalies. Observations and experiments have allowed models in HDLEC cells and Zebrafish which present the phenotypes to aid in selecting molecularly targeted therapies. Extensive wet lab experience includes retroviral transduction, site-directed mutagenesis, cloning (HiFi/Gibson assembly), bacterial transformations, immunoprecipitation and pulldown assays, western blotting, qPCR/ddPCR, Sanger sequencing, drug titrations, and 2D/3D spheroid assays, alongside plasmid design using bioinformatics tools and quantitative analysis in Fiji and R.

Responsibilities included organizing patient records, preparing charts and educational materials, managing patient correspondence, and supporting administrative operations across departments, including the Diabetes Resource Center (class preparation, inventory management, and patient coordination with dietitians). Clinical shadowing spanned multiple specialties at the Piedmont Metro Atlanta campus: wound care and interdepartmental services, plastic surgery (breast reconstruction and partial mastectomy), obstetrics and gynecology (Cesarean section), and neurosurgery/orthopedics (TLIF spinal fusion and shoulder arthroscopy).

The Georgia Science and Engineering Fair is an annual statewide science and engineering fair held in the Classic Center in Athens, GA. Participants range from middle school students to high school. This is an opportunity for students to share their research. My task was to interview those students and assess their research with a variety of criteria, as well as to provide feedback. This feedback is in an effort to encourage young scientists and engineers to pursue STEM careers and want to tackle larger challenges in areas such as energy, healthcare, the environment, and global security.

As a brand representative for the Athens-UGA branch of goPuff, marketing and advertising to specific demographics is a central focus. The influencer position consists of social media tasks/branding as well as student life interactivity and involvement events.
