* Job Scope: * Assisting in helping to facilitate the early intervention programs for children with special needs from 3 to 7 years of age * Help in classroom management and assisting in all areas of needs such as areas like toileting, self-help, handwriting, group behaviours, and school readiness * Engage in home therapy sessions and provide academic assistance * School-shadowing for students with special needs in non-SPED schools

(e.e. baking, housekeeping, cleaning which are all certified by Workforce Skills Qualification) * Provide support to students during lessons (Academics and Worksheets) * Help to transit and manage students between classrooms and subject periods * Track progress of students' education goals * Provide administrative support to teachers * Engage in projects relating to teaching and learning of students with special needs

* Job Scope: (Involved in the Singapore Kindergarten Impact Project (SKIP)) * Receive exposure to hands-on research experience, especially in the area of cognitive development and developmental psychology. * Visit different preschools in Singapore to observe how teacher-child interaction and other structural factors in class influence children's learning experiences. * Administer different psychological tests to the children to measure their numeracy, literacy, self-regulation and socio-emotional skills.
