I'm a business leader with 20+ years of global experience across Fintech, Enterprise Sales, Channel Management, Alliances, and Analytics-led Strategy. My journey has spanned multiple sectors—including Digital Payments, Telecom, Travel, FMCG, and Government—where I've led large teams, scaled businesses, and driven results in revenue, P&L, and client success. An IIM Ahmedabad alumnus with a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from PEC Chandigarh, I’ve also been conferred an honorary PhD in Enterprise Sales Management by Maryland State University. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to build and manage high-performance teams, shape go-to-market strategies, and drive growth across dynamic markets. I’m passionate about mentoring and deeply committed to knowledge-sharing. I’ve spoken at institutions like IIMA, MUSB, IIMB, MDI, IIFT, FMS, TISS, Chinese University of Hong Kong, and many others. Giving back is central to my life philosophy: “Live life to the fullest and try to do something for society in whatever way you can.” I’ve donated blood 99 times and have led a 19-year-long annual blanket distribution drive, reaching 70,000+ people across five cities.
